I didn't know the rules.  Scenarios: use these if you are applying for Mexican border RP Scenario One: Player A crosses the border by killing player B, player B then comes to America, abandoning the border to hunt for player A and kill him, what do you do? I would take Player B and Player A and talk with them. I would tell Player A to avoid RDM and then proceed to give Player B the option of if Player A should get warned without letting it get out of hand. I believe that letting the other person decide, mainly because some people don't really care about the RDM. If Player B says yes, I'll give A a warning. If he says no, I don't give A a warning. For Player B I would straight up tell him that you cannot come back for someone from your 'past life' and that it is Fail RP if he does so. Then I would give him a warning for that and keep an eye on them for a little so nothing heats up again after letting them go.  Scenario Two: Player A is a cop, he warrants player B who is a meth cook because he heard the sounds of the meth cooking, what do you do? I would make sure Player A called out RAID in the chat and l would tell Player A that he can check Player B for meth but he cannot warrant him without any proof. If he never called raid I would also just let him know that he has to do that next time and I would again keep an eye on the cop and cook in case of any other random fights.
